46th Annual EANGUS Conference – Call to Conference

We welcome all EANGUS members to the 46th Annual Conference in Reno, NV.  Much time and effort has gone into the planning of this event and we look forward to seeing everyone this year.

Couple of housekeeping items:

• The Silver Legacy will send you a receipt/confirmation letter once you make your hotel reservations.  There is a “canned” statement at the top of that letter that cannot be changed.  It references a resort fee and other items.  The dollar figures in this statement is NOT what we will be paying, but the hotel cannot change it without changing it for all their guests, so the correct charges will be reflected on your bill upon checkout.  Please ignore that sentence on your reservation confirmation letter.
• Attached below is the Official Call to Conference Letter.  There are many pieces of information contained in it.  EANGUS is using the EANGUS App as the primary source of communications and information for the Conference.  Please download the App and review its contents.  In the coming weeks, it will begin filling up with information.
