Mr. Jeffrey James Frisby will be joining the EANGUS National Office as our new Executive Director on 1 AUG 2023.

Jeffrey will be responsible for daily management and operation of the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS) and protection of the organization’s financial assets while ensuring compliance with Council directives and applicable grantor, federal, and state requirements.

Jeffrey is joining us from the National Guard Association of Michigan (NGAM), where he served as Executive Director for the last 3 1/2 years. He is bringing his extensive experience and knowledge in all facets of the National Guard to support EANGUS reach its goals. Jeffrey served in the Arkansas Army National Guard for 16 years. He was a board member, Executive Director, and President of the Enlisted Association of the Arkansas National Guard (EAANG) while in uniform. Furthermore, he served on the EANGUS Board as an Area IV Director, Area VI Chair, and currently holds the EANGUS Resolutions Vice-Chair position.

Jeffrey successfully bid and was awarded both the 2024 EANGUS & NGAUS Conferences in Detroit. He will continue to be of service to NGAM to ensure the success of each event.

In his spare time, he loves to travel, loves finding the beauty in the small and ordinary things, loves trying new foods (not too spicy), and loves learning about new places and cultures. A major sports fan, he enjoys just about anything that is competitive (to include politics). GO HOGS! One day, he’ll explore the entire world by sailboat. Jeffrey and his wife Karlee have four children: three sons, Ian, Jonah, Hunter, and a daughter, Rylee.

Jeffrey will officially join the team in Washington D.C. on 1 OCT 2023.
Please join me in welcoming Jeffrey Frisby to the EANGUS National Office.

Welcome to the team, Jeff!!!

MSgt Daniel B. Reilly (Ret)
EANGUS President

“I am excited and honored to be serving as the next EANGUS Executive Director. This association has been my passion from the moment I joined in 1999, I believe in the mission and its ability to influence change. I have some very high expectations for EANGUS over the next few years, supporting our Soldiers, Airmen, families, and our partners. As an advocacy organization, we have tremendous potential to be one of the strongest voices for the National Guard. Working together for all of our Guard members, we are going to demonstrate just how valuable EANGUS is to our nation’s currently serving and future Citizen-Soldiers and Airmen.  I hope all our members are ready because there are some great things to come.”
